When accepting agency appointments and responsibility for cargo ships, we believe local knowledge is equally as important as integrity and general expertise. All our Senior Agency staff are local persons of experience and qualified members of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers. We have been continuously connected with this prestigious London based Institute since 1921, when William T. Herriott, Principal of Mullock's at the time, was elected a Fellow by its governing Council. Being so long established, integrity should not be in question, but to make "assurance doubly sure", we hold more than adequate Professional Indemnity Cover for all error and omission.

We are available 24 hours per day, 365 days of the year, Our 24hr phone line is always answered by responsible qualified staff knowing exactly how and where to mobilize whatever assistance might be required in any situation.
